1. GENERAL DATA

The purpose of these privacy rules is to provide you with information about the processing of personal data when using our website and related services. Personal data in terms of Art. 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are all information related to an individual whose identity is determined or can be determined, directly or indirectly, particularly through identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or other factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual.

As a data subject affected by data processing activities, you have the following rights related to your personal data in accordance with legal provisions: Right of access, Right to correction and deletion, Right to restriction of processing, Right to data portability, and Right to object. Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority concerning the processing of your personal data. In Croatia, the supervisory authority responsible for the legality of personal data processing is the Personal Data Protection Agency, Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Email: azop@azop.hr, Web: www.azop.hr. When you submit a complaint or otherwise exercise your rights based on the Regulation regarding your personal data, we may require proof of your identity to adequately determine the legal interest of the complainant and thus protect your and other subjects' personal data. In case of a legal obligation, we reserve the right to disclose your personal data if we are ordered, in accordance with the law, to hand them over to competent state and/or other public bodies in which case such processing of your personal data will be based on the provision of Art. 6 Para. 1. point c) of the Regulation.

Cookies (Cookies)
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. This information is used to track website usage and compile statistical reports on website activity. You can set your browser not to store cookies. However, in some cases, some functionalities of our website require cookies and may not function if you choose not to accept them. Marketing cookies come from external advertising companies (third-party cookies) and are used to collect information about the websites the user has visited in order to create targeted advertising for the user.

Social Network Plugins
Social plugins ("plug-ins") of social networks are used on our websites. The social network server stores data collected about your user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or design of its websites on demand. Such development occurs especially (also for users who are not logged in) for representing ads on demand and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, for which you must contact the respective plugin provider to exercise this right. Through plugins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. Data is transferred regardless of whether you have an account with the plugin provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plugin provider, the data we collect about you will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plugin provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plugin provider also stores these data in your user account and publicly shares it with your contacts. We recommend that you regularly log out after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this can avoid assigning profiles with the plugin provider.

For more information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plugin providers, please see the privacy statements of these service providers as mentioned below. They will also provide you with additional information about your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy.
